We carry out research projects in collaboration with environmental managers and actors from different industry sectors, including oil and gas, renewable energy/ocean wind, aquaculture, and mining.

We study effects of long-distance transport of pollutants on Arctic ecosystems, and of local pollution sources in Norwegian fjords. Pollutants studied include organic and inorganic contaminants, metals, and (micro)plastics.
